Business Development Executives

We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with the development of our corporate training and consulting practice. The candidates will be initially tasked with establishing partnerships with corporate training organizations and potential local joint venture partners in a subset of the following regions:

 

  • Latin-America/Caribbean
  • Africa
  • India
  • Asia Pacific
  • Middle East
  • Central Asia

In a second phase, the candidate will assist GPEKS to obtain contracts with specific industries in the targeted regions such as:

  • Insurance/Pension funds
  • Development and Multilateral Banks
  • National Utilities of developing countries
  • Precious Metals Mining sector
  • Car fleet managers (for electric vehicule and infrastructure financing)
  • Green real estate developers

The candidate will also assist GPEKS to develop partnerships to obtain sponsorship for corporate training with

  • PV manufacturers
  • Electric car manufacturers

Required skills

  • High ethics and degree or reliabililty
  • Several years of corporate sales experience
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Clean Energy Industry is an asset
  • High degree of computer competencies including various office productivity and sales/marketing tools (CRM)
  • Perseverance, self discipline and self confidence
  • Willingness to keep learning and ability to relearn, or forget/drop non-productive ways and habits

Education

  • Business or other related higher education, or combination of proven experience and continuing education in business (i.e. workshops, distance learning...)

This job can be performed from a virtual office, with initial and quaterly or semi-annual face to face meetings, plus weekly web conference calls.

Remuneration:

  • Base salary to cover Maslow's pyramid physiological and safety needs, plus verious performance based incentives and perks (for ideal self- actualisation) - to be negociated
  • Candidates need to be able to demonstrate they are able of generating over $1 million annually in revenues in this field (for a baseline goal of  $100,000 salary per year)
